These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and dbji ("the Platform", " "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the dbji website located at https://dbji.org and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered through the platform.

By completing the account registration process, by clicking any "I Agree" or acceptance checkbox during registration, or simply by accessing and browsing any part of the dbji platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the dbji platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses or uses the dbji platform in any capacity, regardless of the device, browser, connection type, or geographic location from which the platform is accessed. For the avoidance of doubt, access from within Bangladesh is governed by these Terms in full.

dbji reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on the dbji website. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Access to and use of the dbji platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period they hold an active account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. dbji does not permit access by persons under the age of 18 under any circumstances whatsoever.
• You must be accessing the platform in a personal capacity, for your own entertainment. Use of the platform on behalf of another individual or as a representative of any business entity is not permitted.
• You must be the authorised holder of the payment method or mobile financial service account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account) used to fund your dbji wallet. Depositing using payment instruments registered to a third party is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of a current employee of dbji, its technology partners, payment processors, or game content providers listed on the platform.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from the dbji platform or had an account permanently closed by dbji for conduct violations.

One Account Per Player: Each natural person may register and maintain only one account on the dbji platform. This involves submitting government-issued photo identification (NID or passport) and, where applicable, proof of address and proof of the payment method used for deposits. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. dbji will always maintain at least one mobile financial service (MFS) option for Bangladesh players.

Minimum and Maximum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳300. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method used and the account verification status of the depositing player. Players with fully verified KYC accounts may be eligible for higher deposit limits upon request to the support team.

Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment method verification before processing begins. Standard withdrawal processing times are between 1 and 24 hours from the point of approval, depending on the payment method selected. dbji does not guarantee processing times and accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment processors, banking systems, or MFS providers including bKash and Nagad.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit on the same account — this is an anti-money-laundering control.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed to a payment account registered in a name different from the dbji account holder's verified name.
• dbji reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal request that it deems to present an elevated risk profile.
• Withdrawals requested during Bangladesh public holidays (e.g., Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Adha, Victory Day, Independence Day) may experience processing delays beyond the standard timeframe.

Dormant Account Fees: An account that has not recorded any login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. A monthly maintenance fee of ৳200 may be applied to dormant account balances after the dormancy threshold is reached. Players will be notified by email before any fee is deducted. To reactivate a dormant account, simply complete a new dbji Login and contact support.

dbji offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players in Bangladesh. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms take precedence.

Welcome Bonus: New players who complete the dbji registration and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus. The welcome bonus amount, minimum qualifying deposit, and applicable wagering requirements will be clearly stated on the relevant promotions page at the time of registration. dbji reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or replace the welcome bonus offer at any time.

Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds awarded by dbji are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any derived winnings can be withdrawn. • Bonus funds and real money funds in a player's dbji wallet are typically held separately. Real money funds are used first for wagering unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.

Bonus Expiry: All bonus funds that have not been wagered within the validity period specified in the individual bonus terms will be automatically removed from your dbji account balance. The validity period begins from the moment the bonus is credited to your account. dbji is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry unless required by the specific terms of that promotion.

dbji is firmly committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gambling practices for all players in Bangladesh. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable leisure activity. It must not be used as a means of generating income, resolving financial difficulties, or addressing personal problems. The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the dbji platform. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonus funds at dbji's sole discretion. dbji reserves the right to report any illegal conduct to the relevant authorities in Bangladesh.

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on the dbji platform, regardless of the purpose.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using another person's identity, National Identity Card (NID), or payment method to register or operate a dbji account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, macros, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or participate in games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, calculation errors, or mathematical loopholes in any game or betting market — whether intentionally or knowingly.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, making deposits and withdrawals to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal genuine play, or placing offsetting bets to clear wagering requirements with reduced risk ("bonus hunting").
• Engaging in money laundering, depositing funds from illegal sources, or using the dbji platform for any purpose that constitutes a criminal offence under the laws of Bangladesh.
• Sharing your dbji Login credentials with another person, allowing a third party to access and operate your account, or operating an account on behalf of another person.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in any multiplayer game or live dealer game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Charging back deposits made to your dbji account through your bank, bKash, Nagad, or any other payment provider without first raising the dispute with the dbji support team.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing any dbji customer support representative or other platform user.

dbji employs automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes that continuously monitor accounts for prohibited conduct. Detection of any of the above violations may result in immediate account suspension without prior notice, pending investigation. dbji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete the KYC verification process within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity associated with the account.
• Identification of the account holder as a person under 18 years of age.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A determination by dbji that continued operation of the account presents an unacceptable risk to the platform, other players, or the integrity of any game or market.
• Identification of duplicate accounts associated with the same individual.

Voluntary Account Closure: If you wish to close your dbji account voluntarily, please contact the support team at [email protected] with your account details and a clear request for closure. Before closing the account, any remaining real money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be processed as a withdrawal to your last verified payment method, subject to the standard KYC checks. Account closure requests are typically processed within 72 hours of receipt.

Effect of Closure: Upon account closure — whether voluntary or imposed by dbji — all bonus balances, pending bonus conversions, and promotional entitlements are immediately forfeited. Real money balances that are not subject to active dispute or investigation will be returned to the verified account holder. Any bets that were placed and settled prior to closure remain final and are not subject to reversal.

Data Retention After Closure: In accordance with dbji's Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations, dbji will retain certain account data and transaction records after account closure for the period required by applicable regulations. Retention periods and the data categories retained are detailed in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions, together with dbji's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and dbji regarding your use of the platform. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
